Grzegorz Michorek is a highly experienced aviation professional with over 20 years in the industry. Currently the Deputy Director Network and Head of Alliances & External Relations at LOT Polish Airlines, he has a strong track record in managing large teams and leading strategic projects. His career highlights include serving as Commercial Director and Operations Director at Kraków Airport, as well as Deputy General Director of Polish Airports State Enterprise (Warsaw Chopin Airport) where he oversaw airline relations, non-aeronautical revenues, commercial policies and terminal operations.
Grzegorz is actively engaged in industry organizations, holding leadership roles such as Vice President of Airlines International Representation in Europe (AIRE) and Vice Chairman at Board of Airliners Representation in Poland (BARIP). With expertise in both commercial and operational management, combined with an Executive MBA and in-depth industry knowledge, he has proven skills in team leadership and delivering complex projects in civil aviation.
