Grzegorz Michorek is a highly experienced aviation professional with over 25 years in the industry. He currently serves as Director of Alliances and Industry Affairs at LOT Polish Airlines, where his responsibilities encompass strategic airline partnerships, codeshare agreements and cooperation within Star Alliance. His remit also includes regulatory and industry affairs, matters related to air services agreements, and strategic project coordination.

His career highlights include serving as Deputy General Director of Polish Airports State Enterprise (PPL / Warsaw Chopin Airport), as well as Commercial Director and Operations Director at Kraków Airport. Across these roles, his responsibilities covered airline relations, non-aeronautical revenues, commercial policies, airside and terminal operations.

Grzegorz is actively engaged in industry organizations, serving as Vice President of Airlines International Representation in Europe (AIRE) and Vice Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives in Poland (BARIP).
